You are instructed to read these terms before placing any order. By approving an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions of Sale. These Terms & Conditions of Sale may be updated in the future. Updated 2018-08-17.
All products remain the property of Swedish Eco until full payment has been made. All attempts to deceive will be reported to the Police. We reserve the right to correct any mistake or error printed on this Web shop. Due to the digital format of photographs we cannot grant that the pictures reflect the exact nature of the real product.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices at the Web shop are current prices and may be changed at any time. Swedish Eco is not bound by price indications in the Web shop which the buyer must reasonably or apparently understand are incorrect and which, for example, have occurred due to technical problems in the web platform or rates that have been manipulated by the customer.
All prices shown on products include 25% Swedish VAT. If your delivery address is within European Union (EU), the price includes 25% VAT. For non-EU customers, additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates. Payment can be made by credit card, direct debit invoice or as may otherwise be instructed at the Web shop.
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. No fee is charged for card or PayPal payments. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorization by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorization. All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.
We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Normally orders of items in stock ship within 24 hours from Order Confirmation. Delivery time within Sweden is normally 1-3 business days, in the EU including Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Iceland within 3-7 business days and the rest of the world normally within 7-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and particularly during high season (e.g. New Year) deliveries may take longer than normal. We currently ship to most countries but may not ship to certain countries outside the European Union. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day right-of-withdrawal from your purchase, calculated from the date you order the goods, given that the product is unused, unopened and in its original condition. Items shall be returned hereunder properly wrapped and packed in their original packaging in unused and re-sealable condition – with the seal unbroken. As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment. In case of a return we will refund your payment, with the shipping costs deducted. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded.
In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return shipping, and Swedish Eco will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the shipping cost. We follow Swedish laws in case of returns and disputes.
If you need to return a product, please contact us and we will send you a return waybill. The cost for the return freight is 39 SEK within Sweden, 15 USD in the US, 15 EUR in Europe and 30 EUR for the rest of the world, and will be deducted from the payment refund to you. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for the goods until they reach us, why it is important you keep the tracking number.
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage or a missing product, please contact us immediately.
A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If you don’t collect it and it is returned to us, we will charge you for the costs incurred, 150kr within Sweden, 15 EUR in Europe and 30 EUR in rest of the world.
If it becomes impossible for Swedish Eco to perform its obligations due to unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to Force Majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters Swedish Eco cannot be held responsible.
