Order
When you complete a purchase in our online store, a binding agreement is entered into. An order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of incorrect information, suspected fraud or if the product is out of stock.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver within Sweden and internationally according to the stated shipping terms. Delivery times are estimates and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs handling.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and approved.
International orders
For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT and other fees may apply. These costs are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, delays or losses beyond our control, such as delivery delays or customs handling.
